Drakies Celebrate Mandela Day

On Thursday 18 July 2019 Drakensberg Primary School celebrated Mandela Day with a charity drive.  The learners raided their piggy banks and brought all their change to school.  The money collected will be used to provide in the specific needs of NPO’s in Newcastle.  We would like to thank each parent for their support in this project.

Our community service group celebrated Mandela Day by refurbishing the bridge near our school.  And our support staff cleaned up the sidewalk.  Well done guys, we are extremely proud of you.
